Doug Herbert Performance will pay for the shipping on orders shipped UPS Ground Service in the continental U.S. (except tires and oversize items up to 150lbs.). There is a nominal packaging and handling fee of $9.99.
We will gladly accommodate your special shipping requirements such as Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day and Truck shipping (These are billed to you at their actual cost).
Place your order before 4:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday and we will ship it that day. Additional shipping charges added for some parts & tires.
How to Return an Order:
- Return part in the original box with the invoice number marked on the outside.
- Include the completed exchange/return form with your return.
- All returns must be sent prepaid-no collect shipments will be accepted
- We strangle suggest you ship by United Parcel Ground Service (UPS), Fed-Ex or U.S. Mail
All foreign returns must be authorized in advance

- We Cannot Accept Returns on Custom-ordered parts.
- Please call Customer Service at 1-877-497-2787 if you have any questions on your return.
- Completely fill out the enclosed return form with your order. Within 90 days. Send the new or unused package Freight pre-paid to your Concord, NC location. We recommend using UPS or FED-EX. Please keep your tracking number or numbers in the event the package is lost. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice.
- Sorry, COD or freight collect shipment will not be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only – no refunds on shipping or handling charges.
- Any part that in our opinion shows evidence of being installed or used is non-returnable.
