These Crane pushrods are made from aircraft grade 4130 chromemoly steel tubing heat treated to a 128000 psi tensile strength rating. Pushrods for use with guideplates are heat treated beyond that rating and carbonized to withstand wear. The spot welded steel ends are heat treated and black oxide.
