Doug Herbert Performance Engines is pleased to announce the immediate availability of their ultimate Street Version Chevrolet Stroked Small Block. Note: These engines are built using BRAND NEW GM 4-bolt main engine blocks.

This DHP 383CID puts out 425 pavement pounding horsepower and is ready to install, drive, and enjoy. Each engine passes a vigorous quality inspection during assembly and is then run on an engine test stand to confirm correct operation, ie oil pressure, cam run in, no coolant or oil leaks, etc. Once this is confirmed final adjustments are made to the timing and carburetion; the motor is ready to install and enjoy. The installation of a complete polished March Serpentine Belt System, including a/c compressor, water pump, power steering pump, and all pulleys make this engine look as good as it runs and makes for a clean installation in most applications.
